Condominium at Spring Residences near Airport

🌱Our place is designed for busy people who wants to Work and have a Vacation at the same time or we simply call it “Workcation”. We have a dedicated work space with a spacious desk, office chair and internet connection. Next to the work space is the door to the balcony that faces the amenities. Viewing the pool area while having your cup of coffee will help you in refreshing your mind after a day’s work. The space Our place is also great for Staycation as we have Swimming Pool and Netflix. On a lazy day, you can relax by the pool area or you can just stay in the unit and binge watch popular Netflix series. Guest access The public swimming pool is not for free. Registration and payment to the condo admin are required ahead - please inform us a few days in advance as the condo admin are closed on weekends and holidays. Other things to note Do not leave trash bags outside the main door of the apartment unit because you will be penalized if you do so as imposed by the condo admin. Follow proper disposal according to the house rules. Let's be considerate of our neighbors. :)
