The space The house consists of a living-dining room and an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). The first double bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds have their own private shower room. The third bathroom with toilet is shared and easily accessible from the second bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with closets. A second, very bright, refurbished living room overlooks the patio. The central patio allows you to fully enjoy the calm outdoors. At the front of the house, the terrace allows you to have lunch, dinner and relax in the hot tub available to tenants. It is possible to park a car in the inner courtyard.
