New and modern detached house near the sea and two of Tønsberg's finest beaches. Quiet area that is very well suited for children with three nice playgrounds in the immediate area. Large terrace with good sun conditions, barbecue and 3x2 meter pool. The center of Tønsberg is 10 min away by car (15 min by bus). Here you can enjoy the idyll at Tønsberg Brygge with many fantastic restaurants. The space The house is located in a quiet child-friendly area. The house has two floors. 1st floor has living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and terrace. 2nd floor has living room, three bedrooms and bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have 120 cm beds and the master bedroom has a 160 cm bed. There is also a sofa bed in the attic that becomes 160 cm. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and garden during their stay.
