Our house has an attractive appearance with its typical 1930s architectural style. A spacious living room with an attached kitchen. The French doors give access to the garden, here is a goldsmith's workshop and plenty of storage space. The space In the living room there is a 3-person sofa, luxury armchair, workplace and round table with 4 chairs. There is plenty of space to play for the children in a special play corner with a wide choice of toys for both boys and girls. The kitchen is a corner arrangement and invites you to stand extensively in the kitchen to cook extensively, bake etc. In the utility room, there is the toilet, the washing machine and an extra freezer. Here we separate our waste and there is an extra door to the garden. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms and an intermediate room. The house is suitable for 2 adults and possibly 2 children aged 0-5 and 0-16 years. The shower and toilet are separated from each other and are on the second floor. The plumbing is limited in luxury and space but functional and clean. Guest access The house is fully accessible except the attic. We will store our personal belongings here during the rental period. Other things to note Our house is located in the idyllic center of Vianen The city was built around the harbor and built as a fortress city, mainly for defense against neighboring Utrecht. Characteristic are the city walls, fortifications and castles. Everything is within walking distance, the tastiest croissants at the regular bakery, small concept stores for gifts, clothing boutiques, an ice cream parlor and picturesque streets. There is a good connection to public transportation to Utrecht. The nature in the area is within walking distance and is wonderful for a walk, fresh dive or bike ride. Fort Everdingen can be reached by bicycle, and you can walk 5 minutes along the river "de Lek."
