The flat is in a quiet residential area with excellent transport links to Birmingham City Centre, and stone's throw ( or should I say one of Bob Willis' legendary bowls) from Edgbaston Cricket Stadium; perfect for a relaxing city break, host your test match cricket adventure, or even be your home away from home for your summer travels! The space This is a modern, clean and spacious apartment on a residential street typical of suburban living. There are many local amenities within walking distance and you will have easy access to reach all parts of the city, with frequent buses routes passing close to the apartment. If you have your own transport, you will enjoy the benefit of an allocated parking space. There are two separate bedrooms in this ground-floor apartment, one with a double bed and ensuite facilities, and one single bedroom. Additionally, there is a spacious family bathroom with a shower and bathtub. In the living area there is space to relax with a 42-inch TV, sofas (including a double sofabed), a dining table for 4, and a fully furnished kitchen, so is perfect for families, friends, or long-term stays! The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, and a 3-ring electric hob. You'll also find a toaster and kettle for those yummy Brummy breakfasts! If it's a bit chilly, we have storage heaters, and there are electric towel heaters in the bathrooms. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the whole flat for your party of up to 5 people. The house has not been 'child proofed' for very small children, however families with babies or older children are very welcome. It's also a great base for a working trip, romantic getaway for a couple, or a group of adults... but this is not suitable for rowdy partying unfortunately!
