Lane End Cottage

You will be staying on the edge of the village with views of fields, woods and hills. Only a few minutes riverside walk to village centre where there is a variety of places to eat , shops, pubs, Brewery! homemade Gelato! Your room is a comfortable double ensuite room with its own access . There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room, access to a utility room with sink, toaster, fridge , toilet and washing machine. There is outdoor seating, private parking and room for bicycles. Guest access Outside there is off road parking on private grounds with a gate. There is a paved area outside the front of your room with table and chairs, further up the garden there is a quiet area with further table and chairs (beware uneven ground) At the end of the day enjoy the late evening sun (hopefully!) at the top seating area in the field with beautiful views of the Kentmere valley and Raven Scar. Also direct access to a footpath to Craggy Woods. Other things to note I am a no smoking property but feel free to smoke outside, there is a covered area around the back if raining! I have 2 very shy cats who use a cat flap in your access door but are unable to enter your room, as long as you keep door shut! There is outside hot and cold water taps for bikes, boots etc. Please leave dirty footware in hallway. I am happy to dry outdoor clothing in boiler room.
