Delightful apartment in Gardone Riviera surrounded by olive groves and lemon groves and immersed in the historic village of Fasano Sopra 700 meters from the lake. From the large equipped terrace for exclusive use you can enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and the island of Garda. The residence is also equipped with a common pool area with solarium. The space The apartment is part of a small residential complex with 12 units, finely renovated recently in a modern style. The living area consists of an open kitchen, a dining area and a sofa. From here you can directly access the terrace equipped to enjoy breakfasts, lunches, dinners and aperitifs with the magnificent view of the lake. The brand new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave as well as an induction stove and all the accessories. WI-FI and Smart TV 50"are also available. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (1.79 x 2.07 m.) and a closet. The bathroom has a shower. The large exclusive terrace overlooking the lake is equipped with table, umbrella, sun loungers, Weber barbecue and will allow you to fully enjoy the relaxing and comfortable atmosphere of this little corner of heaven. CasaAlma is located a few meters from the pool (available from June to September 15) located in a beautiful green and sunny area. Also from here you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the Isle of Garda. The apartment has air conditioning. You can reach the Vittoriale degli Italiani on foot with a nice panoramic walk or by car in a few minutes. Other things to note The residential complex is located on a slope and therefore is not free of barriers and is not suitable for small children or strollers. Private parking is connected to the property by a staircase with about 30 steps, alternatively the pedestrian entrance is much easier. The beach can be reached on foot, via a sloping road.
