Room in a detached house

A room in our single-family home in Marchfeld. Rooms, bathroom/toilet and closet are separated from the rest of the house. 10 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] to Vienna. Fitness room (year-round) and pool (in the warm season) can be used, infrared cabin is also included. There are two children (9 and 7) in the house, so it can get a bit louder, even early in the weekend. A cat and a female miniature poodle also live with us.
