Walk to EVERYTHING! Restaurants, Ziplining, Skiing, Theater, Brewery, Ice cream, Spa, Tube in the Pemi, Fly fish, 4 Wheel, Ski doo! The space Welcome to Mc Gillicuddy Mountain! Main entrance is the side door leading into the Mudroom with built in storage, bench, closet and stackable washer and dryer, and just beyond the mudroom is the half bath. Gourmet kitchen is outfitted with all the amenities including Keurig, Ninja blender, microwave, double ovens, dishwasher, 36" refrigerator, 5 burner gas cooktop, dishes, mugs, all glass and stemware, cooking and baking pans and so much more. There is even a set of melamine dishes and glass' for the back deck. Looking for food storage in the kitchen - well there is plenty! Open floor plan - 1st floor consists of the kitchen (seats 4 at the pennisula), dining area (seats 8) has a built in banquet with live tree base table, the living room has quartz gas fireplace (flip the switch on the cooler nights and you are instantly comfy!). Living room with melt into sofa, four chairs, 2 side tables and a bench that acts as the cocktail table or seating for the dining area. Games on hand - monopoly, clue, chutes and ladders, a chess board, deck of cards and more.... There are always crayons, books, a few puzzles, coloring books and paper. Blankets during the colder season are draped and on shelves for easy access. Wifi is accessible throughout the house including the deck and back yard. Hang on the back deck during the spring, summer and fall - seating for six at the table - with lighted umbrella and propane grill. Play cornhole in the fenced in backyard - great for kids or adults and quite private. Propane firepit in the backyard (3 seasons) and 4 additional Adirondack chairs. When asked at least a week ahead of time a small laundry basket can be left for children that contains outdoor toys. We try to keep the gas tank full for both the gas firepit and grill - sometimes - we run out. They can be changed out at the gas station around the corner. There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms all outfitted with wall mounted T.V's, remotes, bedding and each has a desk area. 2 upstairs bathrooms both contain a blow dryer and bath amenities. Towels are supplied. There is also a wifi printer located on the first floor...not that you would ever bring work on vacation (wink, wink!) Front bedroom contains 2 beds - 1 queen and 1 double bed - 2 nightstands and a comfy chair. In the open shelved closet you will find a pack in play in the bottom if needed. This room has a console table with lamp and chair to work at, color at, or as some may say "A GREAT makeup table." 2nd Bedroom contains 1 queen bed, large built in closet, fold down small work area, and 2 nightstands. In the hall is the 2nd floor bath that contains a 5' deep soaking tub which comes in handy after skiing - equipped with shower and handheld. The 3rd bedroom is the Master bedroom - King size bed, skylight, desk with a comfortable chair, 2 nightstands and full length mirror. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with walk in shower, steam unit and seating. A walk in closet with shelving, hanging and equipped with hangars. There is also two doors in this room that lead out to the Master suite deck - great for reading or a little down time - once the town goes to sleep you can hear the Pemigewasset River a few blocks away - solitude at its best! The front porch has 2 rockers (usually - weather dependent) and our GIANT protector...when you meet him you will know!!! Or just find him in our photos!! He protects everyone who enters!! He goes by Bartholomew McGillicuddy - in case the kids ask...he loves taking pictures! They entitle this section "The Space" we call it home!
