The space Olympic Condo #3 is a lovely remodeled 1-BR, 1-Bath apartment. It is a light filled end-unit condo with extra windows and more privacy. It is a ground level apartment on the first floor of a two story building. The newly renovated bathroom has beautiful tile work, single vanity sink, toilet and full size tub. The Bedroom, tastefully decorated in a casual coastal theme, has a Queen size gel-memory foam mattress that is extremely comfortable. Bedroom also has a closet with hangers, chest of drawers with mirror above, two night stands with lamps, recessed lighting, two windows with blinds & draperies and hardwood floors. The renovated full kitchen has granite countertops and backsplash, stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, and custom cabinetry. Appliances include full size fridge, gas range, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, blender, vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is outfitted with dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, and cooking accessories. There's a bar height kitchen table with bar stools. The Family Room has two sofas, and a wall mounted 55' flat screen TV. Free WiFi is available, but the condo complex doesn't have cable TV. The Family Room also has a coffee table, recessed lighting and two large windows with blinds and curtains. Bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels are not provided. Guests MUST bring their own. I provide comforters and pillows. Also, you need to provide paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen trash bags, dish soap and sponge. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach. Guest access The entire condo is available for use during your stay. Other things to note PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BED SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
