This is a townhouse/cabin and we are unit 142. There is full privacy with a border down the middle. Free parking is available for up to three vehicles. Note that some space is shared with the next-door unit on the side of the building. There is more parking outside the front door on the driveway. Please bring your own charcoal if you plan on using the grill. Please note that there is no smoking and no pets allowed. SOME NOTES ABOUT THE MOUNTAINS: Given the remote location, cell service may be spotty depending on your carrier This is a cabin in the woods, so you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry creatures (including bears). It’s all part of the nature experience! We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open or food is left outside the cabin, this can attract critters. Fall and winter are ladybug season in the Smokies. These little bugs are attracted to heat, including cozy cabins. You’ll probably see them on windowsills, in vents, and other areas around the property. Please understand that while we maintain regular pest control and professionally clean the cabin before your stay, the bugs come back immediately. Please, make yourself at home, but remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
