You need to let me know in advance what you would like. The backyard has plenty of seating for your guests to be entertained. A cozy living room with home entertainment capabilities. A pull down screen and black out curtains. Guest access Street or driveway parking are available. Other things to note This home is durable and welcoming to kids and dogs alike. This home was designed to be lived in - not to serve as a museum. There are a couple of climbing hazards for little ones yet the house is friendly to all! As we have dogs of our own - we understand accidents happen. Please don't hesitate to reach out if your fur child or human baby makes an oopsies - they are part of life.
