The brand new modern appointed home is a single level gem, clean, quiet, safe and spacious. The atmosphere is super easy going and the entire space plus ammenities is yours to use. All the conveniences for shopping are just minutes away, restaurants and beach themed attractions too. The home is located in a quiet community away from the busy and congested beach scene. The rooms have tropical decor with 5 G WiFi, two end tables with lamps, a dresser, ceiling fans, large wall mirror, television in two of the three rooms, ample closet space and private digital door locks. A front porch patio with furniture to ease the body after a day at the beach, and a back patio that is screened in for protection from bugs. There is free to use beach items i.e., chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc. The parking is in the driveway or across the street. A fully equiped kitchen and coffee maker. The bathrooms are cleaned daily and equiped with a bidet. The entire interior is accessable except the other guests rooms. The garage can be extremely hot in the summer months. Talk about extras, we can cater small parties on site, and for special needs people there is a retired nurse available to assist if needed. Cell phone communication is 24/7. For pets there is pet watching while you are off the property. And we have done baby sitting with proper precations made for the childs health and safety. Ask and we will provide services that are in our skill sets . Safe, clean and quiet community. Many new built homes and some older homes mixed in. Local parks are walking distance with water access. Your private or leased vehicles, plus Uber or Lyft. Four vehicle parking in driveway and parking across the street in front of the home for three more. ***Every room is sanitzed and especially the carpeting after each guest. No one should walk around in anothers funk. This is very important with pets. No other rentals are doing the carpets like we do.*** Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is one of our favorite places to watch the sunset near Dune Allen Beach nearby after diving for sand dollars. They have awesome fresh fish dishes. Stinky’s Fish camp is also nearby, and we love their Cajun flair within walking distance of public beach access. Grayton Beach State Park is also very close. The park offers paddle boarding on the lake as well as beach access. Growler Garage near Dune Allen Beach offers a selection of over forty craft beers on tap. We often get beer and walk barefoot back to the beach. Get exceptional ice cream and sweet treats at Pecan Jacks next to Growler Garage! We recommend watching sunsets over the bay at North Beach Social / Farm and Fire or the Bay restaurant. We love their pizza, whole fish, and cocktails. Local favorite with swimming access. Coffee snob? Our favorite is Black Bear cafe, amazing breakfast and bread, pastries, restaurant, and bar near Grayton Beach. We work there from our laptops and absolutely love it.
