Peaceful, comfortable, private cottage on gated property. Queen bedroom, full bath, brand new (2026) well-stocked kitchen (no dishwasher), DR, LR w/ cable TV, wifi/internet. Our cottage is located in front & close to our home, but totally private - although you may see us coming and going. Less than 2 miles to downtown San Anselmo & Fairfax. Easy drive to SF, coast, wine country, Spirit Rock. Plentiful street parking. Well behaved dog welcome. The space Very comfortable and well appointed. Cozy = about 600 square feet. Ideal for single person or couple. Guest access There is a private patio outside cottage doors with dining table w/ 2 chairs plus two other arms chairs. Other things to note You are arrive any time, but we do ask you to let us know your approx ETA so if you arrive in the dark, we can leave lights on for you. There is PLENTY of street parking.
