Guest access Guests can access all the areas on the property including their own private dock and beach to access the lake. Other things to note There is no trash service with our HOA so trash and recycling can be disposed of at the nearest sanitation site which is less than 2.5 miles away. Take a right out of development heading away from lake and right before Whitehouse grocery you will take a right on Tolers Ferry rd. About 1 mi on your left after Sherm’s Boat Service, take a left on Fairview Church Rd. The sanitation and recycling center is on your left immediately after Sherm’s boat service. Please recycle aluminum, glass, plastic and cardboard here. Thank you.
