Welcome to our guesthouse! We are located in a quiet neighborhood ONLY 15 mins from white sand beaches of Pensacola or Navarre!! There are many dining options and grocery stores nearby. There are many fun activities to explore and experience in the gulf coast area! We look forward to seeing you on your quest for a peaceful relaxing trip to sunny Florida! The space Our occupancy accommodates 2 adults on our relaxing queen-size bed and 2 children or 1 adult on our full-size lay flat couch. There is a Keurig with K-cups (sugar & creamer), microwave, mini freezer/fridge, snacks/water bottles, and a full-size bathroom! Easy access to a single parking space and privacy fenced yard. Well-lit walk path to the entrance with keypad entry. Guest access Guest will have access to parking space, a designated walk path to the entrance, and fenced-in yard where the cottage is located. Other things to note We have a 5-year-old female labradoodle that may be present in the yard of the main house.
