My home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Mesa. Spring training stadiums for A's and Cubs are not far away. Less than 2 miles from downtown Mesa where you will find places to eat and drink. Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert are 10-15 minute drives. The space *10 day minimum booking requirement* This is a 4 bedroom house with private rooms for rent. There is also a pool and a pool house (pool house is off limits). Guest access You may use all Commons areas in the home including kitchen, living room, dining area and the main bathroom. The front and back yards are for your use as well. You may use the pool but the pool is not heated. The pool water does get quite chilly outside of summer months. During your stay If I am free then I would be happy to meet with you for food, drinks, etc. I would be happy to give recommendations and suggestions. I am also a real estate investor - if you are moving here I can recommend someone to help you in your relocation.
