Description

The space This is an executive rental, located on the James Slough of the world famous Chippewa Flowage. Available year round, this is one of the best rentals on the water. The lake house was built in 2004, and has 2,000 sq. feet of rustic elegance. It has direct lake access with a pier, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a finished basement complete with game room, is equipped with satellite tv, and has a 600 sq. foot deck overlooking the water. The Chippewa Flowage is Wisconsin's 3rd largest lake, and is 90% undeveloped. Fishing for Musky, Bass, Walleye, and Northern is very popular here. The world record Musky was caught on the Flowage in 1940, and remains to this day as the largest Musky ever caught. A replica of this musky is displayed in the house. Hiking, snowmobiling, and a number of other activities are within 5-10 minutes from the house. Fishing off the pier is great, with many pan fish nearby. For a true wilderness experience it is hard to beat the Flowage, and even harder to beat this rental.
