Countryside house on the beach

Relax in our cozy home, just 2 minutes walk from the beach :-) The space Welcome to our house in the countryside, it is green, calm, cozy and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The house is located on a pastoral and quiet street in the heart of the village, and in its character it is simple, natural and nostalgic and yet it is advanced and well maintained. 100 sqm ground house, including three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen. From the house to the garden are two spacious shaded balconies that are comfortable to sit at. The garden covers about 250 square meters, green, flowering, with mature trees that give a lot of shade and fruit. There are herbs for cooking and tea and various seating areas - a large swing, picnic table, bench, hammock and more. Those returning from the sea and those who just feel like indulging can have an outdoor shower with hot water under the open sky, but with walls so that it still keeps privacy. The master bedroom is actually a unit attached to the house but independent with a double bed, shower, toilet and kitchenette. It includes storage cabinets, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a music system with a Bluetooth connection and an additional separate door to the backyard. Second bedroom with double bed, storage dresser, ceiling fan and separate door to the backyard. On a daily basis this is the house where we live in and therefore it is full of personality and properly equipped. It has many kitchen appliances, cutlery, dry food, pillows, blankets, bedding, towels, many flower pots and all the goodies. Spacious dining area allows seating for up to 8 people and above it a ceiling fan, in addition to air conditioning. A cozy living room has large windows and a sliding door that opens to the balcony. The living room has air conditioning and a music system with Bluetooth connection. In the warehouse you can find a washing machine, sea equipment, yoga and 2 professional mountain bikes for riding. There is also private parking for 2 cars, free of charge. The house is located 2 minutes walk from a quiet and special beach. There you will find a sandy beach open to bathers, hidden and intimate corners along the shore, a reef for wave surfing and windsurfing, a diving center, boats for rent and a cruise to the Achziv Islands. On the beach is a small cafe that turns into a bar in the evening. 2 minutes walk to the grocery store (open on Saturday), to an excellent restaurant called "Breakfast Club" and to the "Para" pub with live performances, stand-up and music. 5 min drive to "Big Regba" shopping center and "Faisal" supermarket. 10 min drive to Nahariya or Acre. And a short drive to beautiful and fun hiking sites throughout the Galilee.
