Overlooking the watercourse and the greenery, you can relax wonderfully on the large terrace. In the house you will find all the amenities of modern life (Wi-Fi, 2 large smart TVs, high-quality equipped kitchen, etc.). The Weserstrand is just around the corner and Bremen and Bremerhaven can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The space Feel welcome. Our property has a total of 3 free parking spaces in front of the house (one of them under a carport). The house is situated in a quiet residential street directly behind the Weserdeich in the district of Sandstedt in the municipality of Hagen im Bremischen. The street is almost not used at all (only by the few residents) and is a 30 km/h zone. About the house: On the ground floor there is a hallway, living room, bathroom and kitchen, on the upper floor a small hallway and the two bedrooms. Bright, friendly white reigns everywhere. In the living room, a comfortable sofa, an extendable dining table with 4 swivel chairs, a 50-inch Philips Ambilight smart TV with soundbar and if you feel like some sports, a treadmill awaits you. A child seat with a small table is also available - you will find it under the stairs to the upper floor. In the slightly larger bedroom facing the water, there is a 1.60 m double bed, two bedside tables and a 49-inch LG smart TV, in the other bedroom a 1.60 m double bed and a built-in wardrobe. In the hallway, two sideboards offer additional space for your clothes. In the high-quality kitchen you will find an induction stove, an oven, a large refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and of course everything for cooking utensils, dishes, etc. A microwave is located in the living room behind one of the doors of the sideboard at the dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a washer-dryer combination. In the hallway, a large built-in wardrobe offers space for your jackets and shoes, for example. The south-facing terrace offers sun almost all day and an unobstructed view of the watercourse behind the house and a green biotope on the other side of the bank. On the terrace you have the choice between two loungers, a dining table with 4 chairs and in bad weather two armchairs in a greenhouse converted into a conservatory. On the property, a hammock for two is also waiting for you by the water. Fast Internet up to 50 Mbps. The sockets accessible to small children are provided with child safety devices. The Sandstedt harbor (in summer with food stalls), the Weser beach with beach volleyball and beach soccer court and a large playground are only 200-300 meters away. In Sandstedt you can shop directly at the bakery (with a small mom-and-pop shop) and butcher. On Saturday morning, a baker's truck stops right outside the door at around 9 a.m. The restaurant with beer garden Piet's Port invites you to stop by. Our recommendation is the quaint and good Café Salon 1900 in the neighboring village of Ottenwarden.
