The space The property is conveniently right downtown in one of Sauk Rapids oldest historic buildings. On site parking in the rear. This quiet and cozy apartment has beautiful sculpted hardwood hickory floors. The bedroom has a comfortable queen Bed, smart TV, dresser, mirror, night stand, lamp, alarm clock and a closet with shelves and hangers. The Living room has a 65' HD smart TV, Harman/Kardon bluetooth audio speaker, sleeper sofa, glider rocker chair with autumn, lamp, entertainment stand with games. cards and reading material. The walk-in closet just off of the living room has storage shelves and stores extra linens, pillows and cleaning supplies.. Bathroom has subway tiled tub with shower The Kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, high quality stainless appliances and well stocked with everything you should need for cooking a great meal, There is a 4 chair kitchen table, large refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave in kitchen (no dishwasher). There is a well lit up sidewalk at night when you walk past the patio's to the front door entrance. After entering code You will go up one flight of about 20 steps, once at the top the apartment 201 will be in the left hallway next to the laundry room. Note this apartment is warm, quiet and has excellent sound proofing from the outside and neighboring apartment. Guest access Guest have complete access to apartment, the laundry room is shared with one other unit and is accessed just outside of the apartment door. (cost is $1.50 per load) Guests are welcome to use the rear patio area next to the parking lot where the grill and fire pit sits. The front patio is designated for Edward Jones investments on the main floor. Guests must not park directly in front of building or patio. Please only park in the apartment 201 designated area in rear. Trash cans are blue and sit near the rear of apartment 201 parking area next to neighboring building. Other things to note In the winter months there is no overnight on street parking in Sauk Rapids between November 1st and may 31st.
