You'll love staying in this newly updated, modern 3BR/2BA oasis where you can find rest and relaxation in a beautifully decorated atmosphere with designer finishes . Enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean from the open comfortable living and dining areas, large deck, and master bedroom. The living room is equipped with a 70 inch Smart TV and a comfortable queen sleeper pull out sofa from Crate & Barrel. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare your meals. The beds are luxurious and comfy and the bathrooms are pristine! The large deck is complete with a lounge set and a double swing perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. Turn off the lights and do some stargazing for a spectacular light show of the stars and lightening bugs. The home has hardwood floors, a full size washer and dryer, and room for the whole family. An outdoor sink it’s perfect for preparing your fish after a day of fishing from our backyard. This home is the perfect launchpad to explore Carrabelle Beach, St. George Island, the historic towns of Apalachicola and Port St. Joe, Tate's Hell National Forest, the Apalachicola National Forest, Dog Island Ferry excursions, Wakulla Springs State Park, The World's Smallest Police Station and Historic Lighthouse & Museum in Carrabelle, Camp Gordon Johnston's WWII Museum, Apalachicola's National Estuarine Research Reserve, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab, the Ochlockonee Bay or St. Mark's bicycle trails and the local caught fresh seafood. Whether you’re a fisherman, golfer, hiker, kayaker or just want to read/write a book, you will find all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. This home is truly one of the best spots in all of the Forgotten Coast and we can't wait for you to visit! Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the entire home during your stay. None of the amenities will be shared with others. You will be given the lockbox access code to obtain the keys to the home one day prior to check-in. Enjoy the entire home with your friends and family without any interruptions. Our property manager lives a few blocks away and is available to help with any questions or concerns. Other things to note The home has stairs to access the living spaces. WiFi in our area is not reliable due to our remote location. We cannot allow pets, including service pets, due to our children’s severe allergies. Sorry!
