4 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath private home. Sleeps seven to eight comfortably. One mile from the mountain, Gas Fireplace, Over-the-Air TV via Jellyfin, plus streaming access to HBO Max, Paramount+, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, and Netflix, DVD/Stereo, access to free shuttle to Mount Snow and town. Large private yard with views of the mountain. Jacuzzi hot tub operational in spring summer and fall. (Jacuzzi shutdown 10/23/2025 for season) The space The master bedroom on the first floor is a king bed and the remaining rooms are all single beds. There is a pull out couch in the living room if needed. Children under 12 do not count as guests up to three children. Guest access You will have complete access to the house. There is one camera which are used for your safety and are not used when you are at the house. One is in the generator outside is used to alert owner for any issues with that system. Other things to note • Guests will be asked to unplug a small monitor used for remote cottage-sitting. • Retro ski chalet with vintage style—pricing reflects this while updates are planned. • Linen service included, but you can bring your own sheets and towels with advance notice.
