Cozy in Kaysville Loft.

Perfect for travelers. Locals not preferred. Fairly secluded A-frame house on east bench with lots of trees, flowers, and a few chickens. Our house is not new or fancy but it is cozy. Quick access to Highway 89. There's a beautiful 2-hour hike up to a waterfall close by. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. 30 minutes from Snowbasin ski resort. Many restaurants with-in a few minutes. Our neighborhood is friendly and safe. No pets (including service animals) allowed. (Airbnb has this on record) The space This is a cute little upstairs loft with a Queen bed, closet, and recliner chair. There's also a small built-in desk and a private bathroom. There is also a microwave, and TV. And there is a full-size fridge on the landing available for use, if needed. ***Please note there are no pets allowed, including service animals, due to allergies. Airbnb has this on record. During your stay We usually like to visit briefly with our guests and then leave them alone, so they can relax. Other things to note It might be helpful to know that we also have 2 other Airbnbs, so you may see others besides us coming and going. Also, I teach private music lessons, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the afternoons and early evening. Occasionally I babysit grandchildren, and sometimes we have family over.
