It features three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes: a master suite with a double bed and a private full bathroom, a second bedroom with a trundle bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed, accommodating up to 5 guests. The apartment also includes a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all the kitchenware you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious and light-filled living and dining area opens onto the terrace through a large picture window, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy at any time of the year. Fresh bed linen suitable for every season is provided, ensuring a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive. Guest access Services & Useful Information 📶 WiFi The apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi, so you can work, stream your favourite shows or browse the internet without any worries. 🗑️ Rubbish Collection During July and August, the concierge collects rubbish every day. Simply leave the rubbish bag outside the apartment door before 8:00 p.m. 🎲 Leisure Area On the ground floor, you’ll find a glass-enclosed communal lounge with tables, perfect for reading, playing board games, working or simply relaxing. 🚿 Sand Showers Please use the communal outdoor showers on the ground floor to rinse off the sand before returning to the apartment. This helps prevent the apartment drains from becoming blocked. 🚿 Hot Water Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater. 🩹 First-Aid Kit A small first-aid kit is available in the bottom drawer of the entrance cabinet. ⸻ In Case of Need 💧 Main Water Shut-off Valve The main water shut-off valve is located in the master suite bathroom, directly underneath the electric water heater. ⚡ Electrical Panel The electrical panel is located immediately to the left as you enter the apartment. ⸻ Appliances 🍽️ Dishwasher For everyday use, we recommend selecting Programme 5 (P5), as it is the quickest and most efficient cycle. ⸻ Residential Complex Services 🛒 Supermarket A supermarket with basic groceries is located just a short walk from the apartment. Simply follow these steps: 1. Register using your personal details. 2. Log in. 3. Select the court or facility you’d like to book. 4. Enter the membership number shown on the membership card provided with your keys. ⸻ 🚗 Parking You may park free of charge in any available parking space within the residential complex, as spaces are not individually assigned. 🌊 Returning from the Beach Before going back to the apartment, please use the outdoor showers located at the rear of the building to rinse off the sand and help keep the apartment clean.
