How is it possible to have both? Centrally located in the IHB sweet spot; close to the beach, Community pool, Gleason park & playground, restaurants & shopping but not too close which cuts out the noise & traffic. The art community & nightlife are big here; there's always venues to attend for plenty of excitement & relaxation day or night. This is what makes our beach house getaway extraordinary! Guest access ☆ SLEEP IN COMFORT *Master bedroom - King size 5000 series sleep number bed, 50" smart TV, a natural stone tiled bathroom with a custom large walk-in shower and a full sized Jacuzzi tub. Located on the private side of the house away from the guests' bedrooms. *Second bedroom - 50" smart TV & king-sized euro topped bed. *Third bedroom - Queen sized bed and 23" TV with Roku. *Fourth bedroom - King-sized and one single/trundle style bed stored underneath the king with a 42" smart TV & a walk-in closet as well. ☆ FIT FOR A CHEF The Kitchen has the perfect work triangle - with both a functional work space layout and aesthetically pleasing open cabinet design, which takes the guesswork out of finding dishes & glasses. Fully stocked with all the amenities such as pots, pans, utensils & brand new appliances such as (double oven, microwave refrigerator & dishwasher) ☆ SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE The family room adjoins the kitchen bar with a 70" Smart TV. The family room also has a sliding glass door entryway to the patio; complete with grill and outdoor aluminum dining set. The living room has a 60" smart TV & cable, plenty of seating and a office desk. The indoor Laundry room is fully equipped with an extra large utility sink, front loading washer & dryer, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supply closet. Our driveway and two car garage offer plenty of parking or additional outdoor space. ☆ SOMEONE IS SLEEPING IN MY BED The four bed rooms can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests. However, occasionally, we do have larger groups with children or adults that do not mind sleeping in the common areas of the house. The family room has one queen sized sleeper sofa, and the living room also has a queen sized sleeper sofa. ☆ SEE SPOT RUN We do allow up to four small dogs. The backyard is partially shaded and fenced. Our community & the Gleason walking park are extremely pet friendly. There is also a dedicated dog beach further south, less than a mile from the house. Most importantly, the safety of our guests, community, and staff has always been our top priority. We follow all Airbnb, state, county & city guidelines. Further, we are inspected by licensed professionals & our AirBnb friendly city. For instance, the firesafety equipment is maintained by the same inspector contracted by SpaceX. The house is professionally cleaned by one the best; sheets & linens are sanitized as recommended in hot soapy water, and disinfecting products are used in the home. We've worked in the food & healthcare industries & know the importance of keeping bacteria & virus harboring materials out of heavy use areas.
