Perfectly located and very well connected to public transport, the apartment is perfect for exploring Munich for several days. Apartment & kitchen are fully furnished and the apartment is perfect for a city trip. There are some sights and restaurants all around. My two city bikes can be used. The space The 63 m² apartment consists of a bedroom & work room, a living room with a balcony to the courtyard, a spacious hallway and a large kitchen. All rooms are fully furnished and fully equipped. The workplace is equipped with a height-adjustable desk and 2 monitors (USB-C) docking station. Other things to note The location: - 10 min to the main train station and the Donnersberger Bridge - 10 min to the Nymphenburg Palace Canal & 15 min to Nymphenburg Palace - 10 min to the Olympic Park - 15 min to Theresienwiese/Oktoberfest Walking distance to public transport stops: - Maillingerstraße (U1, bus 153) - Rotkreuzplatz (U1, buses 53 & 63 & 153, tram 12) - Landshuter Alle (buses 53, 63 and 153) - Albrechtstraße (bus 53 & tram 12) In the kitchen you will find a wide selection of kitchen utensils and spices. A bed (140×220) and, if necessary, a sofa with an integrated bed function (140×200) are available as sleeping places. I would also be happy to provide you with a mobile wardrobe for your clothes.
