Charming Third Floor 1 Bedroom Rental Unit

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A hidden gem in the City of Norwood just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Our third floor "hideaway" is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment that includes a full kitchen, large living room with queen sleeper sofa, comfy lounge chair, and a tub/shower combo. The space The perfect space for a trip to Cincinnati! A recently renovated 650 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment with open living room/kitchen/full bathroom with tub/dining space/bedroom work space. All new electric and plumbing as well as LED can lights with dimmers. There is laundry in the basement of the property, Cincinnati Bell Fiber Internet/Wifi, and a Smart TV. The kitchen includes all new appliances: electric range/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and lots of counter space! Guest access The access for the Hideaway is located in the rear of the property at the back porch. If you are facing the front of the house, there is a walkway to the right that leads to a wooden gate into the back yard/rear entry door. The wooden gate does not have a lock but the rear entry door to the house does. We have installed electronic/smart locks for your convenience and ease of access. The rear door of the house is an August smart lock. After booking you are automatically registered as a guest for the length of your stay. The app allows you to lock/unlock the door from your smart phone. Once inside, head up the stairs to the door on the right with the electronic silver keypad lock. We will provide you with the access code for the entry door to the third floor Hideaway. Laundry is located in the basement. The basement can be accessed in the rear hallway via a door to the basement. It does not have a lock on it. All areas of the basement (except for the laundry area) are private. Other things to note We are located very close to downtown Cincinnati and minutes from Xavier University. Cincinnati has so many fun things worth checking out; Cincinnati Bengals (American Football), Cincinnati Reds (Baseball), Over The Rhine, FC Cincinnati (Soccer), Heritage Bank Arena (concerts/hockey games), Hard Rock Casino, University of Cincinnati, etc. There are also so many wonderful restaurants and breweries worth checking out. We are also proud to have the #3 Children’s Hospital in the country, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. If you would like any other recommendations for things to do, beers to try, places to visit, attractions, or restaurants to try do not hesitate to ask! *Please note there are others living on the second floor of the building and kindly ask that you are mindful of loud footsteps/music/etc. during your stay* **We do not allow large gatherings or parties of any kind in the unit. 4 guest maximum unless with prior approval from the host** ***For long term stays (one month or longer) we ask that guests replenish toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies as they are used*** ****This property is not well suited for families with young children due to the property only having one true bedroom as well as stairs to climb for access to the unit****
