Xenia's House is a newly renovated holiday home for 4 people located 150 m away from the beach and stretches along the popular and picturesque bay of Kamari in Kefalos village. Easy access to all points of interest such as the resort centre, the port of Kamari, the bus stop, all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafes and mini-markets are within a 5-minute walk. The space Ground floor, independent house of 53 sq.m., entrance without stairs, with a spacious courtyard shaded by an awning, view of the olive grove and blooming garden that offer real relaxation during the holidays of our guests. There are 2 bedrooms, the first with 1 double bed and the second with 2 single beds, can accommodate a total of 4 adults. A baby cot is also available on request. The fully equipped kitchen with oven and electric cooker with 4 hotplates, fridge, kettle, toaster and French coffee maker will take care of all catering needs of guests. There is a bathroom with shower, W/C and washing machine. Free air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi connectivity are available. Guest access The house and its courtyard are for the exclusive use of the guests of Xenia's House. The olive grove/garden and the parking area are shared between all guests of the complex.
