Owls Roost NH Cabin Off the grid, cozy & beautiful

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful “off the grid” cabin. Surrounded by nature and walking trails... come unplug and unwind. Sleeps 7 including the pullout couch in the basement. The space Cozy wood cabin with plenty of books, games and time to spend unplugged. This cabin is located behind our home about a 1.6 miles away. The landscapes are beautiful and so is the cabin. On your way up be sure to stop and say hi to the pigs or walk/bike the trails. There is absolutely NO hunting allowed on this property. Guest access The entire cabin is at your disposal if you rent it. The property will never be shared. Enjoy all the walking trails around. Go on adventures out in the woods. Feel free to bring your bikes 🚲, hiking shoes, and furry friends to enjoy this property. There is absolutely no ATVs or any other off-roading vehicles are allowed on this property and all authorized vehicles need to stay on the main road. Other things to note This cabin is “off the grid” which means NO ELECTRICITY! However… yes we have HOT water for showers, bathroom and kitchen purposes. The kitchen has a gas range for cooking and baking. Must have AWD or 4WD vehicle to get to this location as the terrain is not ideal and mainly uphill. Ask about renting a side by side if your vehicle doesn’t fit this description. Also the cell service is amazing at this location, but there is no Wi-Fi. There is absolutely NO HUNTING on this property.
