Serene Family Get-Away on Mississippi Lower Level

This entire lower floor of a house is designed for a fun and relaxing mid-term stay for traveling professionals and more. There is a bunked bedroom, a master bedroom, a living room, a full bath and a kitchenette. The bunked room is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed, toys and books. The kitchenette is well stocked with appliances to turn out a delightful home-cooked meal. This beautiful house sits on the Mississippi river, which is great for fishing and paddling. The space The entire lower level of the house is this Airbnb, and guests have a private entrance through the garage, and one side of a two-car garage to park. There is a kitchenette stocked with a hot plate, slow cooker, toaster oven, microwave, water boiler, and air fryer. There is not a range oven and stove top as this is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. One bedroom is set up as a children's room with twin over full bunked bed, toys and kids table. The east bedroom is set up as the master bedroom with an adjustable king bed. There is a 1.75 bath with a standing shower, no tub. The living room is equipped with a futon couch that converts to a full size bed, a wood stove for back-up heat, TV, desk and a two person table for dining and tea (folding table available for additional seating). Feel free to venture outside, use the fire pit, and walk down the path through the woods to go down to the river. There is a kayak and boat available if you want to go for a paddle (summer ony). Due to county ordinance, we do not operate short-terms rental, and minimum stay is 30 days. Guest access This house is split into two Airbnb listings with the upper level and lower level separated by a folding door at the bottom of the staircase. You are renting only the lower level of the house if you book via this listing.
