Villa with a garden and beautiful view

Situated in a quiet and nice neighborhood. From the garden (turning south) we have beautiful view over Reykjavik and if you take a walk there are fantastic walking paths with exceptional view. There are two supermarkets few minutes walk from the house plus restaurants, hair saloon and a coffee shop. Master bedroom with a king size bed and two other bedrooms, one with a single bed and another one with a double bed. Electric jacuzzi/hot pot and jets for massage. The space Big livingroom with a big sofa and a comfortable chair. Kitchen has all appliances and spectacular view over the mountain Esja. Washing machine with a dryer and a dish washing machine. Smart TV with a netflix account, Mac box and PS5. Guest access The whole house except the garage.
