Welcome to your cozy tiny home retreat in the heart of University Place! This open studio features a full kitchen, bathroom, living area, and queen bed, all thoughtfully designed for comfort. You’ll be just minutes from Chambers Bay’s scenic trails and golf, with grocery stores, restaurants, and a laundromat nearby. The home is set in a safe, quiet neighborhood where deer often wander. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or extended stays with quick access to local hospitals. The space The Tiny House is tucked away at the back of our property, offering a private and peaceful stay. The main house is also listed on Airbnb, and we have an office on-site that we use during the day, so you may occasionally see us or other guests coming and going. To reach the Tiny House, you’ll walk down the driveway and past the garage — it’s a safe and welcoming area, and you’ll often spot deer wandering through the yard! The Tiny House itself is fully private with its own entrance, giving you a quiet retreat while still being close to nature. Guest access There is a smart lock on the door. Other things to note The Tiny House is located at the back of our property, where the main home is also rented on Airbnb and we have an office we use during the day. To reach the Tiny House, you’ll walk down the driveway and past the garage. Parking is available in the gravel area at the front of the property. Please do not park in the driveway beyond the gravel. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and you’ll often see deer wandering through the yard. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that guests observe quiet hours and note that the Tiny House is not suited for parties or large gatherings. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but a laundromat is located nearby. 🏡 Long-Term Stay Supply Policy For reservations 30 days or longer, we provide starter supplies only at check-in. This includes items such as: • Toilet paper • Paper towels • Dish soap • Hand soap • Trash bags • Basic cleaning supplies • Towels and bed linens After the starter set is provided at the beginning of the stay, guests are responsible for restocking these items as needed, including any replacements of sheets and towels during their stay.
