Our 1/2 acre home is located in the heart of Prescott Valley, approximately 1/2 a mile from Findlay Toyota Center (formerly the Prescott Valley Event Center) a one minute drive, Walmart, Harkins Theatre and Starbucks. The space Private guest cottage located on our 1/2 acre property, detached from the main house. It is a fully furnished one bedroom, with a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. There is a nice King Coil blow up bed that works great for kiddos or an additional guest. This space can also work for a couple who have a baby or a child who can sleep on the King Coil blow up bed. The cottage is limited to 2 adults. The space Kitchen: Stocked with dishes, utensils, mixing bowls, skillets, saucepans, electric 2 burner hotplate, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Nice coffee bar with Keurig coffee machine, an assortment of flavored coffees, teas and creamers. Even stevia! Livingroom: TV with Netflix (no cable TV) and an HDMI cable to hook up your laptop, sofa sleeper couch, WIFI included Bedroom Queen memory foam mattress, fresh clean linens, and pillows, nightstands, a closet for hanging clothes, and an iron with ironing board and TV on wall. Bathroom: Stocked with towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. PLEASE READ: FOR PARKING, YOU MUST USE THE DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT. WHEN YOU PULL INTO THE DRIVEWAY, IMMEDIATELY PARK ON THE FAR RIGHT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY. YOU WILL SEE ORANGE RIBBON AROUND THE 2ND TREE ON THE RIGHT. PLEASE PARK IN FRONT OF THE TREE. DO NOT PASS THE TREE. Other Information: No smoking/no smokers OR vaping Safe/quiet community Secure private entrance Easy access to/from the parking spot to cottage 1 parking spot in driveway OR street parking available Please no other guests allowed Guest access You will have access to the whole cottage. Other things to note Please no friends coming to visit you while you are staying at our cottage. We do not have the parking and the cottage is small. Not made for more than 2 people.
