Nice 2 bedroom apartment walk to Liseberg&city

The apartment is 107 kvm with high ceilings, You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located flat its in a beautiful quiet area but the city center is only a short 6 min bus ride away from property, Liseberg is a short walk away (800m) there is a shopping centre about (600m) Focus, in the shopping center you will find liquor and beer store, pharmacy, grocery store and 2 restaurants+ other amenities. Laundry is not available at property😩 The space Large and spacious rooms with large windows and high ceilings. The main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed 180x200 and a small chair, other bedroom has a nice bed size 140x200 and a tv. The beds are on the softer side so if u prefer hard beds maybe this property is not for you. In the main tv room there is a Large couch in living room with fireplace (fireplace is not for guests to use) no eating in the living rooms and bedrooms. When staying at this property you will be a 8 min walk from Liseberg, 5 min tram or buss ride from the city center, if u prefer to walk to the city u can also do that in about 20 min. if you love the nature and want to go for a beautiful hike or want to go swimming at Delsjön u are a 5 min tram ride from the delsjö tram stop. You will be close to accessing the highway in both directions towards Norway and Denmark. Staying at this beautiful property you will be close to everything and plus you will be in excellent neighborhood thats peaceful and safe. Important to know that one off the toilets is not allowed to be used by guests it has been tapped off. Guest access The whole apartment except for the cupboards in the kitchen and large closets in bedrooms. One shelf in the fridge will for guests and top drawer in the freezer will also be available to guests. Due to other guests in the past throwing women hygiene items in the toilet we have decided that only one toilet will be available to the guests in the small wc. Important to know that one off the toilets is not allowed to be used by guests the toilet is taped off under no circumstances can guests use this toilet. there is no laundry available at the apartment for guests. Other things to note Sleeps 4 people. If you have a baby, we can provide a playpen that can be set up as a bed for a child aged 0–3 and a high chair upon request. Cleaning fee: I do not charge a cleaning fee. However, guests are expected to leave the apartment in a condition that is similar to and acceptable compared to that upon arrival. If the apartment is left excessively dirty or requires additional cleaning, a fee of at least SEK 1,000 will be charged via the Airbnb website. Important to know that one of the toilets cannot be used by guests; it has been decommissioned. It is important to note that one of the toilets is cordoned off and taped shut, and under no circumstances may it be used by guests. Please note that I do not charge a cleaning fee, but I expect the apartment to be left in the same condition as upon arrival. If this is not done, a cleaning fee of at least SEK 1,000 will be added, which will be charged via the Airbnb website.
