This special place is close to Hershey, York, Lancaster, and Harrisburg, making it easy to plan your visit. The Susquehanna Iron apartments are named for the rich history of 19th-century Iron Furnaces that operated between Columbia and Marietta. The industrial complex was expansive enough to rival the Iron City of Pittsburgh, earning it the title of "The Pittsburgh of the East". The space The 700-square-foot apartment, named the " Little Chickies", consists of 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, and 1 bathroom with a claw foot tub and shower. **Guests must be comfortable stepping over the side and into the tub** Great room that includes a dinette table & chairs, kitchenette, and living room with couch and loveseat. Guest access Guests can access the Little Chickies suite from their private entrance. There is a shared laundry area and a shared patio. Other things to note This is a first-floor apartment. You can hear guests walking in the second-floor apartment. There is one parking space provided. If you have more than 1 car, please park off-site. Our town has low water pressure. We are located 2 miles from the beautiful Northwest River Trail. There are many wineries, breweries, and eateries within a short drive. The area is rich in history and entertainment. The property is not suitable for infants and children under 12 No cooking on site - No stove, no hot plates, no portable stoves may be on the property.
