Our 1934 Guesthouse sits comfy in a gated property on a lake in the middle of 3 acres, 9 miles from downtown Fort Worth and next door to the main house. The house is a comfortable intimate living space with a queen bed. The kitchen's basic layout has refrigerator, stove and a microwave. The bathroom has a lighted shower and vanity. The studio has double pane windows, keeping the cold in or out in the summer or winter months. Many happy past guests. The cottage was comfortable, charming, clean and close to town - yet I could see deer grazing from the kitchen window. I enjoyed the oversized swimming pool, watching the sun go down over the lake and seeing herons' fishing. In the evenings, I streamed movies on a large TV.and then slept on a great bed with nice linens.
