This is a private two-room apartment, consisting of a living room/kitchen area, a bedroom (queen bed), and a bathroom. Please notify me in advance if you intend to bring a boat! The space This is a downstairs (first floor) unit, consisting of two rooms and a bathroom. One room is a combined living room/kitchen and the other is a bedroom. Parking on the right side of driveway, under the carport. Two vehicles will typically fit, bumper to bumper. Guest access Guests park on the right side of the driveway and will have access to the unit via the walkway on the left side of the structure. There is also ample area to the rear of the property to store a kayak or to encourage your furry family members to do their business (please pick up after them). Other things to note A charcoal grill can be made available upon request. However, guests must bring their own supplies. An ironing board and iron are located in the master bedroom closet. We recently installed a cold water only laundry washer and electric dryer. Use of these appliances is limited to guests staying with us at least one week. Detergent is not provided. These units are available on a first come basis. However, please be respectful to others and not leave laundry within the units after the washing and/or drying cycle are complete.
