'Sea Diamond Suites' are located right in front of Laganas Beach (one of the best sandy beaches in Zakynthos) and next to numerous popular beach bars & restaurants. Moreover, Laganas main strip with many nightlife options is just 400m away (5 mins on foot). Greek breakfast & a set of sunbeds & umbrella (reserved daily for you) are included in our rental price. The space Our brand new complex is consisted of 9 suites in total, 5 on the first floor and 4 on the ground floor. This listing is for one of our first floor suites (n. 204), with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed with a double top mattress) and an amazing & uninterrupted sea view. Guest access The whole studio and the balcony are private and available for your exclusive use. Wake up at your leisure and relax at the sun loungers in front of our suites. With Wi-Fi available even on the beach, summer days are long and easy. We aim at providing our guests with the highest level of comfort. For this reason, we have equipped our studios with all the amenities & services needed to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay: • Breakfast (included in the price) • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Fly screens (mosquito net) • Smart TVs with Netflix • Kitchenette • Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster • Safe box • Fresh bed linen and towels • Essentials: Shampoo, shower gel, etc Basic cleaning will be provided every 2 days and full cleaning (including changing the bed sheets and bath towels) every 3 days (unless requested otherwise). Our guests can also have a 15% discount to the snack bar which is based on the ground floor of the building. Other things to note FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the suite for you. However, we can allow you to drop off luggage, and the suite will usually be ready by noon or 1-2pm the latest.
