Welcome to our home; quiet, clean and welcoming. Close to the Minneapolis Lakes, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to main roads, and public transportation. Please note: 2nd bedroom has an additional small charge (ask the host how to reserve it) Kitchen is vegetarian and limited to fridge, microwave, tea/coffee maker and light meal prep. We have a very friendly (but shedding) dog and a perfume-free environment. Please confirm that all those are OK w/you. The space Welcome. ברוכים הבאים. ---------------------------------- Welcome to a retreat in the city. 2 bedrooms + a private bathroom for rent in a 5 bedroom house. Can accommodate up to 5 people (5th person is ideally a child). No smoking, vaping, partying, or drug use; none are allowed on a the premises. Minimum stay of 2 nights. Discounted weekly rates are available for a longer stay (up to a month). Guests wishing to book BOTH rooms, will be charged additional $30/night. (Please notify host before booking). Domestic and international guests are welcome. Wireless internet, access to a shared Vegetarian kitchen for light food preparation only. (Please limit food preparation to microwave. No oven or stove, except for "paid breakfast" - see details below). You also have access to the living room, porch, Ping-Pong table, and moderate use of the laundry (1 wash/dry, for short visits, up to a week, or 1 wash/dry - once a week, for longer stays.). You will get a shelf in the fridge for your personal groceries. Coffee and tea are complementary. The Breakfast Option: For $8/ per night / per person, I will provide you with the following products to make yourself a hearty breakfast: eggs, Muesli, bread, milk, bananas and orange juice. This option is only available at the time of booking - so please let me know and I will adjust the price. Languages spoken in the house are English, Hebrew and Spanish (when my daughter is here...). We are located in a friendly, safe, quiet suburb of Minneapolis, very close to a large water park, the famous "Lakes", Uptown, Downtown, shopping and entertainment. Also, near a bus line and 2 bike paths. We are very close to several food stores :Trader Joe’s, Cub Foods, Whole Foods, Byerly’s and Target. There is plenty of street parking near the house. Details for car drivers: 20 min. to/from the airport 13 min. to/from the University of Minnesota, 20 min to/from the Mall of America. 8 min. to/from downtown (for conventions, business, etc) 8 min. to/from Uptown for shopping and restaurants Public transportation: To/from the airport, take the light rail to downtown and change to Bus #17, or the Express Bus #667 (during rush hours) - to St. Louis Park. Get off on Minnetonka Blvd and Alabama Ave. and walk 1/2 a block to our house. Guest access Wireless internet, access to a Vegetarian kitchen, living room, porch and moderate use of the laundry (see house rules).
