The apartment has a private entrance which leads to a large deck. The space includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, the living area has a queen size sofa-sleeper, a single sleeper convertible armchair & dining table with 4 seats. Huge flat screen TV with cable and High Speed Wifi. We are 4 blocks from Golden Gate Park and 2 blocks from Sutro Park with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. A few minutes walk to Lands End trails, Sutro Baths Ruins and down to Ocean Beach. The space Large, bright, living room with black-out curtains and a queen size sofa sleeper, a single sleeper convertible armchair, modern deco with kitchenette with quartz countertop and stainless steel appliances, dining table & four chairs. The bedroom has a queen size bed, beside lamps, closet, hangers, ironing board. Full bathroom with bath/shower combo, includes towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer etc. We also have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, toys and cooler bag, available for your use. Guest access Entire apartment is private for you and your guests. Safe, quiet, residential neighborhood with free, easy street parking. The Geary Express bus will have you downtown in @ 20 mins. A few mins walk to Lands End trails to the right with fabulous views of the Golden Gate bridge, Baker Beach and the Marin Headlands. The trail leads to the the Legion of Honor Museum and the Lincoln Park Golf Course. Golden Gate Park in 4 blocks away with the Beach Chalet Brewery Restaurant offering great view of the Pacific Ocean. Golden Gate Park also offers California Academy of Science Museum, De Young Museum, Stow Lake where you can rent paddle boats or bicycles. Safeway Supermarket and Walgreens Pharmacy are conveniently located in our neighborhood. The Balboa Corridor boasts an array of restaurants suited to every taste. The much loved Balboa Theatre, as well as tea and sandwich shops, bakeries, hip cafes, bars, fruit market and locally owed shops line the street. Geary Blvd and Clement street offer bars and eateries, bookstores, boutiques and a Farmers Market every Sunday. Sutro Heights neighborhood offers a robust yet laid back urban lifestyle that offers tranquility, convenience and perhaps best of all, boundless natural beauty. Come visit and see it for yourself. Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor, my family and I live on the second and third floors. Due to the shared building/vents/duct work WE ARE UNABLE to accommodate ANY PETS. As my asthmatic son is highly allergic and his bedroom is directly above the rental. Thanks for understanding.
