It’s a family home, my husband and me live here and have 2 extra rooms for Airbnb, also we are close to the hottest tourist areas in Miami. Walking distance to Calle Ocho, 2 miles away from Brickell, 3 miles to Downtown Miami & Bayfront Park, 5 miles away from the airport, 3 miles from Coral Gables/Coconut Grove, 8 miles away from Key Biscayne, 9 miles away from South Beach and 4 miles from Wynnwood. Walk safe any time in a quiet and historic neighborhood. During your stay We are willing to advise the guests about where to go and maximize their stay. We Can received phone calls between 9 am to 10 pm ( eastern standard time ) and most of the time we are home, you can ask any question directly to me. Other things to note Please make sure FOR NO REASON DONT OPEN ANY WINDOWS, a lot of mosquitos can coming in side the house, we have a tropical weather. We have a little dog named Pansky, his very friendly and sweet, normally doesn’t has interaction with customers unless they ask to see and touch it.
