Conveniently located on the OOB/Pine Point line, this spacious home is ideal for large groups looking to experience the best of what both OOB and Pine Point have to offer. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor spaces of the home, walk 0.2 miles to the nearest beach entrance, or take a seasonal 5-minute trolley for a fun and easy way to access all parts of OOB and Pine Point. The space Outside space includes a long driveway with plenty of parking, a grass yard, and a large deck with a propane grill and patio furniture and for groups to relax in the sun. The first floor of the home includes a large dining room, living room, kitchen, and smaller seating area off of the kitchen. There is also a full bathroom with a washer/dryer on this floor. The second floor features another full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen sized bed and a twin sized bed. In the second bedroom there are two bunk beds for a total of 4 single sized beds. The third bedroom includes a queen sized bed. The fourth “bedroom” is a bonus attached loft area above the garage. This space has the capacity to sleep an addition 4 people with a trundle bed (two single sized) and a full bed. It is also the perfect play area for children! Guest access Guests have private access to all parts of the house. Check-in is contactless with more information provided in your reservation guidebook after booking. Other things to note Guests can choose to access the beach via Old Orchard Beach (directly across the street from 206 East Grand Ave there is a new public beach path just 0.2 miles from the house) or Scarborough/Pine Point Beach (Eleventh Street, 0.4 mile walk). The Royal Anchor Tiki Bar in OOB is also only 0.4 miles away and a top spot for our guests to walk to. If guests are looking for additional entertainment, there is a seasonal trolley that runs back and forth from one side of Pine Point to downtown Old Orchard Beach. The nearest pickup point for the trolley is in front of the Holiday House in Scarborough, which is only a 5-minute walk from the house. It typically runs until midnight during summer months and costs just $2 for adults. Uber/Lyft is usually available in the area as well. If guests have their own vehicles, they are only a few minutes away from restaurants at the end of Pine Point and all of the attractions Old Orchard has to offer.
