All linen provided The space Enjoy a relaxed and quiet stay in our contemporary apartment, located on the second floor in a traditional Edinburgh tenement block (a block with a shared front main street level door and other apartments in it) our apartment has been modernised and is ideally suited to 3 guests, having a King Size bed in the bedroom, and a further sofa bed, suitable for one more guest, or child traveling with parents. All towels and linen are provided, along with a small welcome pack of shampoo / shower gel, tea coffee and milk. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen meaning you can cook ‘in’, or if you prefer, right on the doorstep are numerous eating and drinking options covering all budgets and tastes. There is a Sainsbury Local Supermarket a couple of minutes away, as well as several corner shops for basic supplies. Modern bathroom with walk in shower and rain shower head. The apartment has virgin Wi-Fi if you need to work while away from, a smart TV, washing machine and plenty of space to chill after a day of sightseeing! Why not take a walk along the Union canal and take in the views of the traditional canal boats, pop into the ‘Holy Cow Lounge’ for breakfast on the go, and then continue on to Edinburgh Castle just 15 / 20 minutes form the apartment. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre is just 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is self contained, private and available for your sole use during your stay. It has its own private front door, after accessing though the communal door on the street level. Other things to note On street parking available. Parking charges operate in the area. Parking is free weekdays 5:30pm to 8:30am. Weekend parking is free from Friday 5:30pm-Monday 8:30pm.
