There is no AC in the building, which is standard for the mountains. There are 2 large overhead fans and a large screen door facing a cool breeze from the Blue River. Heat is adjustable by thermostats in the bedroom and the living room. Doorbell Camera - located on the outside, exterior, of the unit next to the front entry door. The Doorbell Camera is a motion-activated device which actively records any and all motion. HOA rules do not allow children under 12 in the hot tub.
