Entire house has been recently RENOVATED! :) House is nestled in a quite neighborhood. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout house and tile in sun room. Ample parking and huge back yard for pets to enjoy or for grilling. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. It is 15 min from the downtown or 5 min drive to the mall. If you enjoy golfing, there is also a golf course just walking distance from the house! I am sharing this house with you while I travel so, please take care of the space like your own. I may not be readily available physically, but there is always a co- host available if you need anything. All questions, inquires or requests will still go through me first :-) The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are two queen beds and one twin bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a sun room and a living room. It also has a huge back yard for pups to play in. There is a golf course seconds away from the house if your a golfer like myself. The house is also about 15 min drive from Downtown, Chattanooga. With so much to do in this town, you will enjoy coming back to this ranch home to unwind or grill some burgers in the back patio. Guest access You’ll have access to entire house but garage houses all the lawn equipment so that area will not be suitable for children or pets Other things to note The guest limit is 3. There is a one time fee for any additional guests. There is no charge for children under 12. Please advise to your host how many people you plan on staying at the house. Failure to communicate the number of guests and/or pets at least 24 hours before your stay, will result in the declining of your reservation and Airbnb cancellations rules. Please be mindful of the white couch in the blue room! Do not eat or drink on it!!! All dirty linens and towels can be left in bathroom floor or placed in little basket. Dirty dishes can be left in sink or placed in dishwasher. We will run it when it’s time to clean. If you have a pet, please make sure they are leashed when let out to back yard. The backyard is fenced in but there are still areas, if they’re small enough, where they can escape. Just watch for that :) Garage houses lawn equipment and laundry, so it’s not suitable for children or pets. Please use carport for parking and no more than 3 cars parked at the house at any given time. No parties of any kind. No loud music.
