A spacious Victorian terraced house in the heart of Truro. 1 double room and 2 single rooms on offer. The property comprises kitchen, dining room, lounge, library and bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet. There is a cottage garden at the front with a seating area and an enclosed area to the rear of the property with table and chairs. This property might not be suitable for small children and is at the top of a hill! The space The house is a mixture of modern rooms (the kitchen/dining room) and classic style (the lounge and Library/music room) It is ideally placed for the centre and its amenities, Hall for Cornwall, Truro Cathedral, Galleries etc, and a host of good restaurants. The nearest beaches are 20 minutes away by transport. The house is south facing on a hill - Truro is in a basin! Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the rooms and facilities in the house including the kitchen and cupboards. There is a dining room, but often, when the weather is good, guests eat outside on the back terrace. Cupboards are set aside for cutlery, crockery, pans etc and food storage. All bedrooms have locks and you will be provided with keys to the bedrooms and front door. There is also a front door key in the key safe on the front door. Other things to note There is Residential Parking at the front of the property. I will leave Parking Permits in the White Room - they are required to be shown between 8am and 6pm, but not on Sundays. A cleaner, Melinda arrives each Monday and cleans the downstairs rooms, bathroom and loo from 12.30 - 2.30pm.
