At the gates of Paris, at the foot of the new Paris court and metro lines 13 and 14, we are pleased to offer you our 18 m2 studio, completely refurbished, very quiet and bright. Fully equipped, it is a perfect base for all your Parisian getaways... The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator in a building in the heart of a secure residence and consists of: - small entrance - living space with a double sleeping mezzanine 140 wide with comfortable Merino mattress, a sofa bed 135 cm wide, - a closet. - kitchen area with 2-burner stove, sink, fridge, microwave, Nesspresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and extendable table for 4 people, - bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is perfect for a couple, couple with children or 4 people for sleeping. Please note that the mezzanine is not intended for children, as there is not enough protection. Smart TV with Netflix access We live in the same place, so we can make ourselves available as needed. Please note that for a reservation of two people, only the top bed is prepared, for a reservation of 3 or 4 people, both beds are prepared. Guest access Entire place Other things to note We attach great importance to the hygiene of our small studio. The mattresses are regularly cleaned with a professional machine, in addition to the mattress protector, we regularly wash the sofa covers, duvets and pillows. Our sheets are washed at 60 degrees between each tenant. The entire bathroom is of course cleaned, but the spaces are also disinfected before each arrival.
