Rest from a long work day in this lovely, immaculate fully furnished private studio in Los Osos, a quaint and quiet bedroom community a short 12 miles from San Luis Obispo. Your peaceful paradise sits on a triple wide quarter-acre lot featuring beautiful gardens, a bubbling stream (it's fake but tranquil), sitting areas and even fruit trees (help yourself to their bounty). The neighborhood is quiet with dark, star-lit skies to insure a peaceful slumber. The studio's private but you'll share the property with the homeowners - our house is adjacent to the studio. We're quite nice and are there to answer your questions and do our part to make your stay special. We'll respect your privacy. Driveway parking. California's Central Coast and Los Osos are gorgeous. And there's an abundance of recreational opportunity nearby. Enjoy hiking, biking, golf, wine tasting, beaches, ocean and the Bay all in close proximity. Los Osos serves as the entrance to Montana de Oro State Park, which provides hiking trails and some of California's most scenic seascapes. Our peaceful studio is a short walk to the Elfin Forest, a 90-acre nature preserve, which provides a lovely boardwalk loop amongst the tranquility of nature and stunning views of the Bay. Just a few miles to the north of Los Osos is Morro Bay State Park and the well-known Morro Rock. Check out Docksides to enjoy amazing clam chowder and the fishermen's fresh catch. On the more practical side, we're just a mile or so from grocery shopping, drug stores, coffee shops and some delicious dining with bay views. And just 10 miles down the road is Costco, Whole Foods, Target and more shopping, dining, movie theaters and places of worship. San Luis Obispo proper is an easy 15 miles from Los Osos. There you'll find a variety of lovely and fun restaurants and pubs and one of the state's biggest Farmers Markets on Thursday nights. Explore nearby fun, fairs and festivals in Pismo and Shell Beach, Arroyo Grande, Avila, Cambria and Paso Robles (home to the Mid-State Fair). And of course French and Sierra Vista hospitals in San Luis Obispo are a short and easy commute. We've set our studio up with your comfort in mind. Work can be stressful and demanding. So we want your respite to be carefree. Unwind on the peaceful patio or in front of your LG 50" smart t.v. where you can stream movies from your Netflix, Prime or other sources. Prepare a meal in your fully furnished kitchen. Then sink into your cozy queen-sized bed with its fresh and comfy bedding. To take care of you and our planet, we wash all our towels and bedding in clean and clear detergents and provide alternative down comforters and pillows for those with down allergies. Sleep well! We're looking for a quiet, responsible person (or couple). We don't smoke, vape or do drugs and require the same of our tenants. This space is great for 1 or 2 adults. Our beach (without the water) and large side patio area are perfect for kicking up your heals and reading a good book or soaking up some rays. Other things to note PLEASE KEEP BOTH COURTYARD GATES CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. We have a small, very friendly dog (Lhasa Apso) who may occasionally be out in the courtyard. (We take great care in properly cleaning and sanitizing our studio between guests. I have cameras in the shared space courtyard, front and side yards monitoring our property.
