This is one townhome of a triplex, and you have total privacy. The foyer/landing is shared between all three residences. Beyond your private electronic keyed door is a living room on the first story. The bedroom, bathroom and laundry are all on the second story. No one is above the bedroom. The rear townhome has the small bedroom over your living room, so you may hear occasional footsteps when they are in there. The pool area is out your front door. The pool is shared between a duplex and the townhomes. If you would like to use it, please contact me and we can try to arrange it. Here are some fun things to look forward to: Foam encapsulation - All exteriors walls have 8" foam so you can be in downtown and not hear downtown Rockwool insulation... The triplex has shared walls and floors. All adjoining walls have dense noise canceling and fire retardant insulation Instant Hot Water - It takes less than 6 seconds to start a hot shower Large Walk in closet Redundant Internet - Both AT&T and Spectrum provide bandwidth One of the homes has a pianist that "could" play for 45 minutes between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM. They have a masters in music theory and it is usually very soothing. They currently play about 2 times a week. The pool is NOT attended by Lifeguards. Please follow all posted safety guidelines and markings by the pool. Do not use without permission from me. Other things to note Please review our house rules: 1.) We only permit the number of guests and pets at the home that you booked. Our homes are not suited for events or parties. However, if you need to have a few friends over, please ask ahead of time for approval. 2.) Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. This means that none of the neighbors complain to us. If one of them is loud, please bring it to our attention. This includes dogs, music, slamming doors, etc. We will provide you three phone numbers to call if you have any issues. 3.) No smoking anything (e.g., candles, incense, tobacco, marijuana, etc) inside the house. Feel free to use the outside seating to enjoy yourself. 4.) The properties are monitored by Silbar Security [for everyone to have a peace of mind]. Dallas is VERY strict about events and parties, and so are we.
